A completamento del nostro lavoro, la qualità della produzione viene sottoposta a rigidi controlli dagli organismi di certificazione biologica, sia sul campo che sul prodotto finale: provvediamo a fare l’analisi chimica multiresiduale, dove vengono controllati, grazie a test intensivi, (oltre 400 parametri) che attestano la totale assenza di prodotti non ammessi.
