GENERAL CONDITIONS

This contract is governed, although not expressly provided for in the following terms and conditions of sale, by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, containing the rules for the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

IDENTITY OF THE SUPPLIER (SELLER)

E-commerce di Loco Galbasa S.N.C. di Sandro Domenico Musso & Gagliano Marco ha sede a Villafranca Sicula (Italia), in Piazza SS Rosario 5 – Villafranca Sicula (partita I.V.A. n. 03060960840) and is the company that intends to carry out the sale through the internet in the Italian and EU territory, of food goods produced by third parties and non-food goods for sale on these web pages.

CONTRACT STIPULATION

All contracts are concluded with the access and purchase by customers to the site, using the technology of communication at a distance through the Internet and perfected through the exact completion of the order form with the exact identification of the products ordered, the place of delivery and the consent to purchase manifested through the on-line subscription. The order confirmation sent by the E-commerce of Loco Galbasa to the email address indicated by the customer is valid as confirmation and acceptance of the contractual proposal and is binding on both parties.

PAYMENT

There are three forms of payment accepted on our site:

1. Payment through Paypal: the innovative, secure and guaranteed instant payment system, also and above all valid for international payments. Once you have made your purchase, if you choose Paypal as the automatic payment system, you will be redirected to your Paypal account to make the payment and complete the purchase order. With Paypal you don't need to send us an email as everything is automatic.
2. Payment by bank transfer: it can be made from any bank or online and is received in 2-4 working days on average. If you don't want to wait these days, please keep the transaction number (CRO) and send it to us at info@locogalbasa.it . This number allows us to ascertain that payment has been made and consequently to be able to ship according to the planned schedule.
3. Payment by credit card: it can be made by any credit or debit card.

PRODUCTS

FISCAL SITUATION

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the purchase order by the Customer. All sales prices indicated on locogalbasa.it are inclusive of V.A.T. and are expressed and accepted in EURO. For both Italy and the EU there is no obligation to issue a receipt for this reason will not be put anything inside the package. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS

Purchases made on the locogalbasa.it website are subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree 185/99, in force regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal for the protection of the customer. The law establishes the obligation, for those who sell by correspondence, to provide certain guarantees to the buyer. However, if we consider and acknowledge that the service provided by us is not up to standard, we will usually decide to send you a new shipping (in most cases) or to refund the full purchase price.
